The last week in visual form https://t.co/Zxbe542qxK
You know, JJ's films (which I worked on) recast the original series Star Trek crew. Post Picard S3, I wonder if maybe now we could recast that series for films or TV?
The last week has been busy. Ten pages fully pencilled, two covers drawn and a massive outline for a thing written. I may need a nap.
This is an old favourite for a late tipple. And it is late. https://t.co/Js3gFLmzix
despite being up at 4.30 am there apparently seems to be fewer hours in the day than I needed.
That way. No that way. No, no, that way. Look at where I'm pointing! Sorry, swivel chair... https://t.co/yRHhTMMBtt
so many different hats to wear today, it's like a Tommy Cooper sketch.
“Bobby DeNiro, one of the greatest actors of our time. Just ask him.” https://t.co/HBBmObgcpE
Up at 4. One of those nights where, every time I woke up naturally as one does through the night, my mind filled with everything I’m juggling within it. A story gained new clarity and pages began to form. So by 4, I just got up and got on with it.
Has Lancashire stopped making cheese? Haven’t found any in the shops for months now down here in Surrey and it’s a favourite.
Tonight’s tipple with my epic beef casserole, sautéed, glazed carrots and roasted potatoes. How autumnal. https://t.co/T9g3W0Bl7I
RT @trevorbmbagency: This is the closest I have ever come to time-travelling. Utterly extraordinary. https://t.co/tZaBTyg8PB
the final section of Ravel's Ma mere l'Oye (Le Jardin Feerique) is one of the most exquisite piece of music written, whether played four hands on the piano or fully orchestrated.
The power nap. I have become a master of it.
this one tonight. Wonderful. https://t.co/YjoVyztc84
Thread. Read. https://t.co/gNONSIuzTr
Everything is repetition and variation.
Is it over. Can the news be about something else now? Not Katie Price, obviously.
RT @DDay74342287: It would be a real shame if people kept retweeting this humiliating video of Boris Johnson’s failed queue jumping attempt…
Kris Bowers music for Bridgerton is just outstanding. Inventive and energetic, it's providing the perfect background to my writing tonight.
Lost in Austin is a bit of Tv gold dust.
Who’s coming to The Lakes International Comics Art Festival next month?
Discovered a nice new wine. South African. Delaire Graff Botmaskop. Opened it last night and it was nice enough but today it’s a joy. Totally different wine having opens fully. At about £20 a bottle it’s going to be a regular quaffing one. Goes down beautifully.
Currently writing an outline for something. I doubt anybody would guess what it was and you probably wouldn't believe me if I told you. It is a passion project for me and has been for years though and no, it isn't comics.
